The
Bed and Breakfast accommodation is all on the ground floor and consists of:
One large twin room with ensuite shower and toilet facilities. A comfortable folding
bed can be used in addition. One double room with vanity unit, bathroom effectively
ensuite (one step across a passage) and one small room with single bed, cot and washbasin.

All rooms have television and a hospitality tray. Children and well-behaved,
friendly dogs are welcome.
Guests are free to use the downstairs sitting areas, with a cosy logburning stove in
winter.There is a large garden and an attractive patio for sitting out. We have
plenty of safe, off-road parking.

Just down the lane opposite the house you can see the free range hens which lay your
eggs. Our sausages and bacon are all from equally happy organic pigs. If all
this is too much, you can choose a lighter breakfast. Vegetarians and anyone
requiring a special diet are well catered for providing they let me know in advance.
For lunches and evening meals we are surrounded by pubs offering good food. Our
local, "The Countryman" has the great advantage of being a short walk away, so
that you can sample the Adnams beers with a clear conscience.
